PUPPY PLAY & LEARN CAMP:

It’s a great option for learning some puppy basics, while also providing socialization practice and exercise! During the two-hour play and learn training session we’ll give your puppy opportunities for structured socialization exercises to help her learn to ignore life’s distractions and surprises without over-arousal or reactivity. She’ll also work on keeping her teeth to herself, politely greeting friends, and learning how to settle for attention. The training team focuses on basic manners like sit, down, settle on her mat, tug and drop it, & come when called during the visit as well. We know you also want a puppy who can be comfortable hanging out on her own, so breaks/nap time with separation practice is an important part of the training.

For: Puppies 9 weeks to 5 months old. No minimum number of sessions!

You Should Know: Puppies must have at least one round of puppy shots to join Puppy Play & Learn Camp. They need to be free of any illness – no coughing, sneezing, diarrhea, vomiting, etc. – and must have been in your home for at least 7 days prior to their first training session. Puppies also MUST NOT have been in a high-risk area where they could contact germs and potentially spread them to other puppies. This includes doggy daycares (unless the facility is exclusively for puppies) and dog parks.
